All products are made-to-order once you place your order. Because items are custom produced, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues.

By completing checkout, you agree to this policy.

Size Responsibility

We provide a sizing chart on every product page.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before purchasing.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Ordered wrong size

Fit preference (too small / too large)

Change of mind

Ordering multiple sizes to try

Color differences caused by screen displays

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Replacement Only)

If you receive a product that is:

Damaged

Misprinted

Manufacturing defect

Wrong item sent

We will send a free replacement.

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Photo of shipping label

Description of the issue

Refunds are not issued — replacement only.

Claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be approved due to manufacturer claim limits.

Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for:

Incorrect address entered at checkout

Lost or stolen packages marked delivered

Carrier delays

International customs delays

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay reshipping fees.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from our store, you agree to this policy and acknowledge items are custom made.

We reserve the right to submit:

Proof of delivery

Product page sizing chart

Customer acknowledgement at checkout

to dispute invalid chargebacks.
